Shipping Information
Most items from our online catalog are shipped on the same day or on the next business day. Orders must be received no later than 12:30PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:30PM will be sent the next business day.
Should any catalog item in your cart be temporarily out of stock, you can backorder at your option; and we will strive to fill any backorder(s) on a high priority basis. You can choose whether to have the entire order held until complete, entailing one single shipping charge. Alternatively, you can select the option to have all in stock items sent immediately and the backorder(s) shipped as available, with an additional shipping charge. We'll do our very best to combine any backorders into a single second shipment when possible.
Please note that orders for special items not listed in our online catalog will always be sent separately with shipping charges.
Introducing New $2.99 Economy Shipping (USA only)
Only $2.99 to any address in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Our $2.99 Economy Shipping takes longer to arrive but is a great way to save on shipping costs if you're not in a hurry. There is no minimum to meet and orders can be a large as you like. The Economy Shipping cost will still be only $2.99.
Just choose our $2.99 Economy Shipping option at checkout for orders to U.S. addresses to take advantage of this special shipping rate. Please note that $2.99 Economy Shipping is not the default shipping option so you will have to choose this option at checkout.
$2.99 Economy Shipping will take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive after it is shipped. If you need your order to arrive more quickly please choose one of our other premium shipping options, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, Next Day Shipping or 2nd Day Shipping.

- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. 1 to 3 weeks after your order is shipped is the average time of delivery.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES:
We send all orders to international addresses by air only, either by International Airmail, or by International Priority Shipping. For international orders we will strive to find the lowest cost possible for the fastest delivery. We will use Global Priority mail if available. The shipping charge for international orders will never be more than the quoted charge and often will be lower.
When your order is processed we will contact you with the actual shipping charge.
