Intermediate studies from Wohlfahrt Op. 38, Op. 45, Op. 54 and Op. 78. The first part of the book is organized around an individual scale and arpeggio. This is an attempt to help the student become solid in the specific tonality. At each scale section, the teacher might choose to teach any other scales with the same finger pattern as the one introduced. The second part of the book - Technique Section- introduces new aspects of technique on which each young string player must work. Many of the exercises are duets for student and teacher.
