Accelerando Book 2, which includes 60 studies for early elementary piano students of any age, is to be used following the completion of Accelerando Book 2. To ensure the continued even development of all fingers, the studies in Book 2 provide equal activities for both hands through a balanced combination of hands-together and hands-alone studies. Transposition assignments are a vital part of Accelerando Book 2. By transposing the studies written in a stable C Major position to other major and minor positions, the student will develop an equal level of comfort and mastery throughout thekeyboard.
